Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Anke.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • Return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with:

    • Order number

    • Description and photos of the issue

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process

  3. Approved returns may be dropped off or collected as arranged

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval

  • Refunds may be processed via:

    • Original payment method

    • Store credit (where applicable)

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Anke covers return costs

  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees
