• Nairobi and its environs

• Major towns across Kenya

Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

• Nairobi: 1–2 business days

• Outside Nairobi: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order.

• Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared where applicable via SMS or email.

Customers may opt for self-collection from our location:

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or customer unavailability:

• Re-delivery may incur additional charges

• Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be returned to our warehouse
