    • Major towns across Kenya

    Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

    3. Delivery Timeframes

    Estimated delivery times are:

    • Nairobi: 1–2 business days

    • Outside Nairobi: 2–5 business days

    Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

    4. Delivery Charges

    • Delivery fees are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order.

    If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or customer unavailability:

    • Re-delivery may incur additional charges

    • Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be returned to our warehouse
