Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Products can be returned only if defective and covered under warranty.

    • Returns must be made within the specified warranty period.

  2. Return Process

    • Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and contact customer service to initiate a return.

    • Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds are issued only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

    • Processing time for refunds may take 7-14 business days.

  4. Exclusions

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return or refund.
