Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned only if defective and covered under warranty.
Returns must be made within the specified warranty period.
Return Process
Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and contact customer service to initiate a return.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
Processing time for refunds may take 7-14 business days.
Exclusions
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return or refund.
